INGREDIENTS

• One cup nun dairy milk
• One avocado
• 1 cup roasted, unshelled Iran’s pistachios
• 6 Medjool dates or 1cup Maple syrup
• 1/3 cup almond extract
• 1 spoon spirulina

Mix them all together and freeze it over the night
